As part of their ongoing growth, they are now looking to appoint a well-connected and commercially aware Networker to help expand their reach and strengthen their presence within the market.
The Role
This is a key, outward-facing position focused on developing relationships and generating opportunities across the commercial fit out landscape. Acting as an ambassador for the business, you will play a central role in connecting with industry professionals and identifying potential projects.
The role will suit someone who enjoys being visible within the sector, is confident engaging with others, and has a natural ability to build rapport and open door
Key Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, commercial agents, project managers, and end-user clients
Identifying and developing new opportunities within the design and build fit out sector
Attending industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
Sharing market intelligence, insights, and potential leads with the wider team
Working closely with internal teams to align opportunities with the company’s capabilities
Representing the business in a professional, credible, and approachable manner
Managing contacts, relationships, and follow-ups in a structured and organised way
About You
A confident and personable communicator with a natural ability to build relationships
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a design and build fit out contractor
A strong understanding of the commercial office fit out and wider construction market
Ideally well-connected within the industry, or able to quickly establish a strong network
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Professional and credible when dealing with a range of stakeholders
Well-organised, with strong time management skills
