Our client is seeking a SEND Teacher to deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching to pupils with complex needs years 7-9 (Key Stage 3).

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, evidence-informed lessons tailored to individual pupil needs
Support pupils with SEND, trauma backgrounds, and behavioural challenges
Use assessment data to track progress and adapt teaching strategies
Promote social, emotional, and academic development through therapeutic approaches
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and specialist staff Requirements

Proven experience teaching pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviour
QTS/QTLS qualification
Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment, and behaviour management in specialist settings
Ability to plan, deliver, and assess effective teaching and learning
Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards
