This is a pivotal role, responsible for ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production staff to achieve shift targets

Ensure strict compliance with food safety, BRC, and ISO9001 standards
*
Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous improvement
*
Troubleshoot operational issues and minimise downtime
*
Oversee machinery performance and coordinate maintenance when required
*
Manage labour effectively to optimise productivity
*
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing night shift team
*
Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready production environment
What We’re Looking For

Essential: Experience within the Food Manufacturing sector
*
Proven experience in a supervisory/management role within manufacturing
*
Strong leadership and people management skills
*
Knowledge of BRC and ISO9001 standards
*
Excellent problem-solving ability
*
Experience managing production machinery and maintenance coordination
*
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
