Apply NowWe’re looking for an NPD Project Engineer to support the delivery of new product development projects within an established oil and gas engineering business.
This is a six-month contract based on-site in Great Yarmouth, offering the opportunity to contribute to product development, technical documentation and the successful introduction of new products into production.
Key Responsibilities
*
Coordinate NPD projects, ensuring stage-gate processes and project deliverables are completed.
*
Support the development of technical manuals, product literature and operating procedures.
*
Prepare training materials, including manuals, workbooks and assessment documentation.
*
Collate and review technical and quality documentation for bids and proposals.
*
Work collaboratively with engineering, manufacturing and other internal teams to support project delivery.
Requirements
*
HNC/HND in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
*
Experience delivering NPD projects through to production.
*
Background in manufacturing, ideally within oil and gas, marine or industrial equipment.
*
Experience producing technical documentation, manuals or training materials.
*
Good attention to detail, communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Contract Details
*
Duration: 6 months
*
Rate: £35–£45 per hour
*
Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk
*
Working arrangement: Site-based
