As a Nursery Assistant working with Tradewind Recruitment, you will:
Support babies and young children aged 0-5 in their daily routines
Help deliver fun, engaging, and age‑appropriate activities
Assist with personal care, feeding, and safeguarding
Build strong, positive relationships with children and staff
Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
Work flexibly across a range of Birmingham nurseries
🌱 What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for early years care
A warm, nurturing, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and a positive attitude
Experience in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
DBS on update service (or willing to apply)
