Nursery Manager
We are looking for a passionate Nursery Manager to lead our incredible, well-established, bilingual Montessori setting with 60 children.
Full-Time: 40 hrs/week; Start: immediate
What the Nursery Manager will be doing:
* Lead and manage the nursery team of early years educators
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery and ensure the highest standards of care and education
* Support staff development and promote a positive, collaborative team culture
* Implement Montessori methods in daily practice across the setting
* Ensure OFSTED compliance and maintain strong communication with parents and families
What we're looking for from a Nursery Manager:
* NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or higher (Montessori experience is a plus)
* Proven leadership and management experience within a nursery environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
