We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming primary school in Colchester for an immediate start. This role will initially run for the remainder of the Summer term, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.

Key Requirements:
A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare (must be eligible for use within staff-to-child ratios)
Previous experience working within an Early Years or school setting
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
A proactive, caring, and flexible approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skillsKey Responsibilities:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences
Assisting with planning and implementing engaging activities
