About the Setting

This is a small, welcoming early years setting with a real “home-from-home” feel, caring for just 9 children across two rooms (Baby and Toddler). The environment is calm, nurturing and intentionally intimate, allowing practitioners to really build strong bonds with the children and make a meaningful day-to-day impact.

With a team of 3 core staff plus additional cover when needed, this is a close-knit setting where everyone pulls together and genuinely supports one another.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join the team and help continue delivering high-quality early years care and education.

You’ll be based across both the Baby Room and Toddler Room, supporting children’s development through engaging activities, warm interactions and a strong focus on wellbeing and individual needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small, family-feel environment where no two days are the same and every child really matters.

What’s on Offer

* Small, supportive team with a strong sense of togetherness

* Consistent hours with clear shift patterns

* Staff outings and regular team building activities

* Free on-site parking (1 allocated space, with additional parking available at the rear)

* Genuine opportunity to make a big impact in a small setting

Training & Development

Ongoing CPD and development opportunities are actively encouraged, including:

* SENCO training

* First Aid

* Safeguarding

* Wider early years progression pathways

What We’re Looking For

* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

* A warm, caring and proactive approach

* Confidence working across Baby and Toddler age groups

* A genuine passion for supporting early development in a small, close-knit environment

If you're looking for a role where you can truly build relationships, feel valued as part of a small team, and make a real difference every day, this could be a great fit
