We are currently working with a well respected provider in South Wales who are looking for a home manager for their lovely mid sized home in Newport.

- £60,000 - £65,000 salary

- Mon to Fri

- 40 Hour contract

- Good Rating by the CIW

The nursing home specialises in general nursing, dementia and physical disabilities and has excellent ratings and a very good reputation in the local community.

As the home manager, you will oversee the day to day operations of the nursing home, leading a team of more than 50 staff and ensuring every residents needs are met to the best of the services ability.

This is a permanent and full-time home manager position, offering a competitive salary of up to £65,000 and a chance to join and up and coming provider in South Wales. Any applicants must have an active nursing pin and experience as a Home Manager previously.

What we need from the new Home Manager:

* Prior nursing home management experience

* Active NMC pin

* Knowledge on CIW regulations

* A genuine passion for top quality care

What your day to day will look like:

* Overseeing operations & compliance for the home

* Leading 50+ staff members

* Communicating with the families of the residents

* Managing budgets and KPIs for the home

* Handling emergencies and incidents in the home
