About the Role:
As Nursing Manager, you will oversee the clinical and operational leadership of the home, ensuring high‑quality nursing, dementia and residential care. You’ll drive regulatory excellence, empower your team and create a safe, positive and resident‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong clinical and operational leadership
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and governance frameworks
* Lead, support and develop the care and nursing teams
* Oversee budgets, staffing and resource planning
* Maintain exceptional standards in care delivery and resident experience
* Build positive relationships with residents, families and external partners
Key Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC pin
* Proven leadership experience in a nursing or residential care setting
* Strong understanding of CQC compliance and clinical governance
* Confident in team management, staff development and problem‑solving
* Compassionate, professional and committed to high‑quality care
