Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home

💷 £55,000 – £65,000 DOE + Future Bonus
⏰ 45 hours per week + on-call (flexible working)

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager for an Ofsted-registered children’s home in Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a solo EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) home and drive high standards of care and compliance.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

*

Proven experience in children’s residential care

*

Experience managing EBD solo homes

*

Track record of achieving Good or above with Ofsted

*

Strong leadership, compliance, and safeguarding knowledge
