REF 106 – INTERIM OPERATIONS MANAGER – WESTMINSTER - £45,000 – 57,000 BASE SALARY + BENEFITS – 6 MONTH CONTRACT INITIALLY

Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative charitable provider of a range of services for Adults and Children with a Learning Disability across London.

This provider is seeking Interim Operations Manager to oversee a collection of supported living services in the Westminster area.

The Interim Operations Manager in Westminster will:

* Oversee an established collection of supported living services and establishing clear oversight and control.

* Identify and manage risk early and effectively.

* Drive improvements and stabilise services which are not inline with the organisations standards.

* Provide robust assurance to senior managers, commissioners and governance structures.

* Develop and drive improvements in leadership, culture and practice.

The Interim Operations Manager in Westminster will need:

* Experience of the oversight of multiple Learning Disability services.

* Experience of developing and stabilising services.

* Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and Local Authority commissioning environments.

* Ability to travel between services.

The successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits including:

* Base salary up to £57,000 pro rata.
