Operations Manager
A proven track record of working as an Operations Manager in an SME construction business is key. Strong organisational skills, coupled with the experience and ability to operate successfully on site. Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation is required, as is the ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Track record in fit-out and commercial developments would be great, but this is not an essential requirement as long as you have clear construction project experience.
