An opportunity has opened for an Operations Manager to join a suppliers company based in Wolverhampton. The ideal candidate will have experience working in operations for large warehouse / storage facility and will be comfortable managing a busy work environment and speaking with customers and suppliers.
Operations Manager Key Skills:
* Experienced in warehouse / facilities operations at a large scale
* Experienced in third-party logistics
* Any cold storage experience would be a bonus
* Understanding of health and safety regulations
* Excellent management / leadership skills
* Customer and supplier communication skills
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
* Managing the operations within a large warehouse environment to meet financial targets and budgets
* Meeting SLAs to the highest standard and within agreed timeframes
* Drive continuous improvement within the warehouse
* Build and maintain customer and supplier relationships
* Ensuring that the warehouse remains compliant with local authorities
* Keeping H&S standards high and reporting any problems
