We’re working with a well-established, high-end interior design studio creating thoughtful, bespoke interiors for private clients and boutique commercial projects across the UK and beyond. Based in a beautiful countryside studio, they’re known for delivering timeless design and exceptional client experience.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to installation, combining project management, procurement and client liaison.

Do you thrive on bringing complex projects to life, keeping everything (and everyone) on track, and solving problems calmly as they arise?

What you’ll be doing
• Managing projects end-to-end, from initial brief through to installation
• Working closely with the Lead Designer to turn concepts into deliverable plans
• Preparing detailed estimates and budgets using Excel/QuickBooks
• Sourcing, ordering and coordinating materials, furnishings and suppliers
• Taking measurements on site and supporting design planning
• Scheduling fitters, coordinating installations and overseeing works on site
• Acting as the key link between designers, suppliers, outworkers and clients
• Managing sampling, pattern books and general studio coordination

What we’re looking for
You’ll be someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in detail, and keeps a cool head when things don’t go to plan.

• Strong project management experience
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident working with budgets, measurements and pricing
• Comfortable using Excel and systems such as QuickBooks
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers, timelines and priorities

The kind of person who will thrive here
• Calm, practical and solutions-focused under pressure
• Professional and personable with high-end clients
• Resilient and hands-on (this role includes site visits and coordination)
• A natural problem-solver who doesn’t panic when challenges arise

Nice to have (but not essential)
• Experience in interior design, soft furnishings or a related industry
• Exposure to bespoke or high-end projects
• Knowledge of fabrics, materials and FF&E

The opportunity
You’ll be joining a close-knit, growing studio where you’ll play a key role in delivering beautifully executed projects and supporting the wider design team. This is a varied and rewarding role with real ownership and visibility across each project.

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 pa based on experience

Location: Studio-based (Hampshire/Surrey border) with site visits

Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, mileage reimbursement, bonus scheme, free parking
