Order Processor
Responsibilities
* Engage with customer to understand project details and requirements
* Receive orders and process
* Plan transport
* Prepare quotations and prices as needed
* Chase any outstanding quotations and gather feedback from customers
* Maintain and update the database with any feedback relating to quotations
* Understand and demonstrate products to the customer
* Handle incoming customer calls
* Liaise with necessary departments (production, Warehouse, Transport) to ensure that customer requirements are met
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong administration ability and experience
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms
* Experience working in a fast paced environment
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
