OTC National Account Manager
The role will manage and develop accounts such as Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Tesco, and Boots, driving commercial performance, distribution growth, and long‑term partnerships at a national level. While strategically focused, the position also requires regular customer and store visits to support execution.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop national accounts across UK grocery and pharmacy retailers

Lead national‑level negotiations on pricing, promotions, and commercial terms
*
Build and deliver joint business plans to drive sales and distribution growth
*
Own P&L, forecasting, and budget management for assigned accounts
*
Work cross‑functionally to ensure effective delivery of agreed strategies
Experience & Skills
*
Proven National Account Management experience within FMCG
*
Direct experience managing major UK national retailers such as Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Tesco, or similar
*
Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills, including P&L ownership
*
Confident Excel user
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
