Personal Assistant to a Private Principal

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced, discreet, and highly organised Personal Assistant to support a private individual with a busy and varied schedule. This is a demanding and rewarding role suited to a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and is comfortable managing an irregular schedule with a high degree of discretion.

The Role

Working closely with the principal, you will manage the smooth running of his day-to-day affairs and accompany him to a range of engagements and social activities. Hours are typically from early/mid-afternoon through to midnight, with some evenings extending beyond, so flexibility around late and irregular hours is essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Full diary and schedule management, including reservations, appointments, and engagements

* Accompanying the principal to social, business, and personal engagements as required

* Acting as a first point of contact for external parties on the principal's behalf

* Coordinating travel, logistics, and ad hoc arrangements at short notice

* Liaising discreetly with other advisers and contacts as required

* Anticipating needs and resolving day-to-day matters proactively and with sound judgement

* Maintaining absolute confidentiality and discretion at all times

Candidate Profile

* Several years' established experience as a PA, senior EA, or in a comparable high-end private service role

* Proven track record supporting high-profile or VIP principals preferred

* The energy, flexibility, and maturity to manage a demanding and socially active schedule at short notice, including sustained late nights

* Impeccable discretion, professionalism, and personal presentation

* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills; calm under pressure

* Full, clean driving licence preferred; additional languages an advantage

* Right to work in the UK; willingness to undergo enhanced background/reference checks
