To carry out the Senior Operative role, delivering the required output and standards to the business and training on specific line skill requirements.
Skills and Competencies Required:
Competencies
• Literate
• Understands SOP’s and can take on learning required
• Knows line targets and how to operate the line to those targets
• Food Safety 2
• Allergen Awareness
Skills
• Punctual
• Energetic
• Fluent English
• Numerical
Key Responsibilities
• Work safely at all times.
• Keep your work area to the required GMP standard
• Ensure production targets are met for output, changeovers, hygiene, giveaway etc.
• Carry out specific trained tasks changeovers, allergen cleans etc.
• Raise any issues immediately to Co-ordinator or Shift Manager.
42hrs average over a 2 week period – 12hr shifts. Must be able to work every 2nd weekend.
6am/6pm
£12.21ph and £17.38ph overtime
75 mins break which are ALL PAID
Long term work and could become permanent for the right candidates
