Paid Media Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn, with a focus on generating high-quality leads.
* Campaign Management: Manage and optimise high-budget campaigns, overseeing everything from campaign structure and ad copywriting to advanced audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
* Technical Setup & Tracking: Set up and manage all conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4, ensuring accurate performance reporting and attribution across all platforms.
* Optimisation & Testing: Continuously monitor campaign performance data (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) to identify areas for improvement. Implement a rigorous A/B testing schedule for creatives, headlines, landing pages, and audience segments.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Carry out detailed performance reporting, translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for the wider team.
* Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house finance experts and operations team to develop compelling, compliant ad copy and ensure landing pages are fully optimised for conversion.
* Industry Awareness: Stay informed of platform updates, algorithm changes, and privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.) to keep our campaigns competitive, compliant, and ahead of the curve
