Week 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 11:00am – 7:30pm, Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
(Alternating weekly shifts with a 30-minute unpaid break)

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Prepare products for powder coating by rubbing down, cleaning and carrying out surface preparation.
Assist with loading and unloading products for painting.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Safely handle powders and consumables.
Keep the paint shop clean, tidy and organised.
Work to production schedules and deadlines.
Support colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow.
Carry out general labouring duties across the department.
⭐ Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a paint shop, powder coating or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential.
Good practical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Reliable, flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Strong commitment to health & safety and quality standards.
Able to work effectively within a team.
