Part Time Receptionist
Main Tasks
1. Meet and greet customers ensuring their details are recorded in our visitor’s book and that they are informed of relevant Health & Safety procedures and any company policies as required.
2. To function as a source of information point for visitors.
3. Receive, sort and distribute incoming post.
4. Manage switchboard, transfer phone calls and take and pass on messages efficiently and in a professional manner.
5. Input information on systems as required.
6. Make announcements as required.
7. Scanning and printing for customers.
8. Conduct a range of ad-hoc office duties for the Office Manager.
Specification
* Previous experience of working in a reception environment
* IT skills- proficient in use of Outlook, Word and Excel, ability to input data including financial on to a system.
* Excellent communication skills for both verbal face to face and over the phone interactions
* Can word emails and letters.
* Strong customer services and people skills
* Smart and presentable –to give good company image.
* The ability to use your own initiative and have beneficial use of common sense.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
* Minimum GCSE’s English and Math’s (or equivalent)
* High School Education or equivalent attained outside of the UK.

* Good/ confident command of the English language.
* Excellent organisational skills, telephone skills and a professional customer service manner.
* Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Able to work to deadlines and under pressure when needed.
Working Hours: 8am to 12.30pm Monday to Friday
