Working pattern: Ideally Monday–Friday, although 4 days may be considered with Friday off
Salary: £13,520–£16,900 per annum

About the Role
Platinum Personnel are recruiting for a Part-Time Parts Administrator to join a busy and established team in Castle Donington.
This is a varied role combining administration, customer service, stock control and parts coordination. We are looking for an organised, confident and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and is happy to get involved across different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaising with UK and overseas customers by telephone and email
* Managing stock levels and maintaining accurate stock records
* Processing orders and invoices
* Assisting customers with parts selection
* Ordering and costing parts
* Receiving and dispatching parts to customers
* Maintaining customer records and databases
* Assisting with import/export, customs and courier requirements
* Selling manufactured parts to customers
* Picking and packing orders
* Assisting with urgent despatches
* Some physical lifting and warehouse duties
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous administration, customer service or similar experience
* Excellent communication and telephone skills
* Good written English
* Strong computer skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good organisational skills
* A self-motivated and reliable approach
* A flexible attitude and willingness to get involved
* The ability to undertake some physical lifting
Experience in import/export, forklift operation or industrial machinery would be advantageous, but is not essential, as training can be provided.
