Parts Manager
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day running of the parts department within the bodyshop
* Source, order, and control parts to ensure efficient workshop operations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure best pricing and availability
* Monitor stock levels, returns, and credits to maximise profitability
* Ensure parts are available in line with repair schedules to avoid delays
* Support and manage parts staff where applicable
* Maintain accurate records and systems in line with company procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts and ordering systems
* Excellent organisational and stock control skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Full UK driving licence
