Payroll & HR Benefits Manager
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Running start to finish inhouse payroll on a monthly basis
Taking complete ownership of the entire payroll & benefits function
Reconcile monthly pension queries
Preparation of month end journals
Create and prepare reports for management
Investigate all discrepancies and resolve issues related to payroll processing
Design and implement payroll processes, to streamline processes
Assist with annual audits
Experience/expectation:
Experience managing a payroll function including pensions & benefits
Ability to communicate with stakeholders/internal employees at all levels
Meet with auditors to ensure a smooth process
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll records
