Description
Manage end-to-end payroll both monthly and weekly including processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant authorities in a timely manner.
Handle payroll queries and provide resolutions effectively and professionally.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department for payroll-related matters.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and employment laws.
Implement and improve payroll processes and systems where necessary.
Support internal and external audits related to payroll.Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
Extensive knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
Strong understanding of tax legislation and employment laws in the UK.
Experience working within a professional Accounting & Finance environment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
