Overview:
My client, a globally recognisable charitable organisation are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join their Team.

The role will require an organised, personable and detail orientated individual who is looking to expand on personal assistant experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support and technical expertise to senior leaders
Strong communication skills
Minute taking, diary management over various time zones and travel correspondence
Formatting documents and templates
Dealing with invoices and expenses
Booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
Organising team events and meetings
Essential Skills & Experience:

3+ years’ experience working within a similar PA/EA position
Happy working at pace in a busy environment
Confident in making decisions
Confident working on a variety of technology such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and Zoom
Package:

Up to £240 per day (Umbrella rate)
Hybrid working
