The Role

Lead small group Little Wandle interventions across KS1.

Identify and support pupils falling behind the pace of the programme.

Work closely with the Phonics Lead to track progress and plan "keep-up" sessions.

Foster a love for reading and confidence in decoding across Birmingham classrooms.
