Apply NowBelmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Qualified Plasterer to join Derby Homes on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out all aspects of plastering, including patch repairs, skimming, rendering and full room re-plastering.
* Complete repairs and maintenance work within occupied and void social housing properties.
* Prepare surfaces ready for plastering, ensuring a high-quality finish.
* Undertake associated repair work where required.
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with quality standards.
* Communicate professionally with tenants, providing excellent customer service at all times.
About You
* Previous experience as a Plasterer, ideally within social housing, local authority or domestic property maintenance.
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering is desirable.
