We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a new build residential project approaching completion. This is a temporary contract role, focusing on 2nd fix installations, with immediate start available.
The Role:
*
2nd fix plumbing on new build residential units
*
Installing sanitaryware (basins, toilets, baths, showers)
*
Final connections and testing
*
Snagging and finishing work to a high standard
*
Working to site deadlines as the project nears handover
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in 2nd fix plumbing on residential new builds
*
Own tools
*
Valid CSCS/JIB card (preferred)
*
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
*
Reliable and professional attitude
