Plumber
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Plumbing Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Plumbing Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Plumbing Engineer you will be responsible for:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks in line with contractual requirements.
* Maintain plant and equipment in accordance with O&M manuals, industry best practices, and relevant legislation.
* Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with Safe Systems of Work (SSOW), policies, and procedures.
* Respond to reactive maintenance requests within agreed timeframes, completing all necessary documentation.
* Work safely and professionally at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Operate effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment in plant rooms and service enclosures.
To be successful for this Plumbing Engineer role you must have:
* Completion of a recognised engineering apprenticeship.
* City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
* Electrical Qualifications (desirable)
* Proven experience in mechanical and/or multi-disciplinary maintenance, including DHW, LTHW, and ventilation systems.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
* Competent IT skills, including use of a PDA.
