Premises Manager - Permanent

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Premises Manager. This full-time, permanent role involves overseeing the maintenance and safety of the school’s premises, ensuring all indoor and outdoor areas are well-managed, compliant with statutory requirements, and in excellent condition. The successful candidate will conduct regular inspections, identify issues promptly, and coordinate with the site team to implement effective solutions. A background as a caretaker or in similar maintenance roles is ideal, accompanied by relevant work experience and a full driving licence. The role also requires a commitment to safeguarding children and ensuring a secure environment for all staff and students.
* Experience in caretaking or premises management
* Relevant maintenance or facilities management experience
* Full Driving Licence
* Ability to carry out regular site inspections and produce written reports
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proactive approach to site safety and compliance
