Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Primary Cover Supervisors to work across a range of friendly and welcoming primary schools in Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

Your Responsibilities
As a primary Cover Supervisor, you will;
Deliver pre-set lessons in the absences of the class teacher
Maintain a calm, engaging, and productive classroom environment
Support pupils with their learning and encourage participation thought out the day
Follow each school's policies and procedures, including behaviour management
Adapt confidently to different year groups and classroom setting across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Provide clear feedback to teaching staff following each placement
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children in a school, Sport coaching, youth work or similar setting
Is confident leading groups of children and maintaining positive classroom behaviour
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Can build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
Is reliable, adaptable and enjoys working in different school environments
Has a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's education
