The ideal candidate should feel comfortable with teaching KS1 and KS2 and be comfortable at the front of the classroom.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about what they do.
The ideal candidate will:
Be a qualified teacher (or hold an equivalent teaching qualification).
Deliver consistently strong teaching within their subject area.
Support the needs of all learners, including SEND, pupil premium, looked‑after children and high attainers.
Communicate effectively, embrace change and build positive relationships with students, staff and families.
Contribute to enrichment opportunities beyond the classroom.
Demonstrate strong professional practice and support the development of others.The successful applicant:
Qualified Teachers Status.
Have a sound understanding of Primary Education.
Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills.
Have confidence supporting the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum.
Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour.
Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties and other SEND students, both in smalls groups and 1:1.
