Client Summary:
A leading manufacturer and installer of Insulated Jackets and trace heating solutions for all industrial markets, specialising in water utility as well as biomass applications.
Position Summary:
Working as a Production Manager in the Manufacturing facility in the Rotherham area. The candidate will be responsible for:
* Overseeing production of insulated jackets
* Create and execute daily, weekly, and annual production schedules to meet client demand and delivery deadlines.
* Calculate and procure necessary resources, including raw materials (insulation, fabrics) and workforce, to meet business requirements.
* Monitor the entire production chain, adjusting schedules as needed to minimise downtime.
* Set and enforce strict quality standards for finished products, ensuring every insulated jacket meets brand and regulatory specifications
* Supervise, motivate, and train production staff and factory operators.
* Coordinate with different departments including sales, procurement, and site teams to align production with installation and delivery.
Person Profile/Experience:
A strong understanding of the industry is required - ideally with a history of supervisory / production management.
Qualifications:
Technical Background - Ideally Apprentice Trained with relevant Industry Qualification (City and Guilds or NVQ)
