Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a globally recognised confectionery manufacturer at their state-of-the-art facility in Estover, Plymouth.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful production team within a clean, modern manufacturing environment. The Role:
As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and meet the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating and monitoring production equipment
Supplying materials to production lines
Carrying out quality inspections and checks
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Keeping work areas clean, organised, and hygienic
Supporting the wider production team to meet production targets
This is a hands-on role that involves standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
About You
We're looking for individuals who are:
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Able to work a rotating shift pattern of mornings and afternoons
Comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Keen to learn new skills and procedures
Experienced within manufacturing, production, or machine operation (desirable but not essential)
Please note: Due to the location of the site and shift start/finish times, own transport is essential.
