Production Operative

We’re working with a well‑established and rapidly growing employer based in the Southwick area of Sunderland. Due to continued demand, we’re looking to recruit reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join their busy manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities
* Operating production line machinery safely and efficiently
* Packaging, labelling, and palletising finished products
* Performing basic quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient working area in line with 5S principles
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
* Working as part of a fast‑paced team to achieve daily production targets
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in production, warehouse, or fast‑paced manual work (essential)
* Understanding or experience of working to 5S principles
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Strong attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude
* Flexibility to work shifts if required
* Excellent reliability and timekeeping
