Production Operative

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy and growing food manufacturing company near Winchester, for a reliable and hands-on Production Operative to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with food production experience who’s ready to get stuck in and contribute from day one.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

* Operating production machinery and following recipes/instructions accurately

* Maintaining strict hygiene standards (clean as you go)

* Carrying out quality checks and completing paperwork correctly

* Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

✔️ What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience in food manufacturing or production (training provided)

* Good attention to detail with strong literacy & numeracy skills

* Food Safety / Health & Safety qualifications are an advantage

* Reliable, hands-on and team-focused attitude

* Full UK driving licence & own vehicle required (due to limited public transport access)

🕒 Working Hours (Monday – Friday rotation):

* AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:15

* PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:15
