Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for reliable individuals who are comfortable working as part of a team and following clear processes to ensure products are prepared to the required standards.

This role operates on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, offering consistent hours and regular days off between shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Working on a production line supporting the manufacturing or packing of products

*

Packing finished goods and preparing them for dispatch

*

Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

*

Operating basic machinery where required (full training provided)

*

Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe

*

Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times

What we’re looking for:

Previous production, warehouse, or factory experience is beneficial but not essential

*

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

*

Good attention to detail when checking and packing products

*

Reliable with a good work ethic

*

Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
