Production Team Leader

Industrial Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Production Team Leader to join a busy and well-established manufacturing site based in Halesowen. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead a production team, ensure smooth operations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and support production team members to meet production schedules

* Ensure all work follows company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety regulations

* Assist the Production Manager

* Drive operational continuous improvement and efficiency within the team

Skills & Experience

* Minimum 2 years recent experience as a production team leader/supervisor

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Knowledge of health & safety and quality control regulations

* Desirable: experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
