Training Salary: £32,760 per annum
Qualified Salary: £35,868 per annum
Shift Pattern: Continental shifts - 12-hour rotating days and nights
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Milton Keynes for reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established manufacturer within a modern cleanroom environment, producing high-quality products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
·Operate and monitor Flowrap and Multivac packaging equipment.
·Complete quality control checks and accurately record Critical Control Points (CCPs).
·Manage multiple production lines while achieving efficiency, productivity, and waste reduction targets.
·Carry out product changeovers quickly and effectively to minimise downtime.
·Maintain high housekeeping standards and adhere to all Health & Safety procedures.
·Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to ensure stock accuracy and full product traceability.
About You
·Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or food-processing environment is desirable.
·Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality products.
·A positive team player with effective communication skills.
·Flexible and willing to work a continental shift pattern, including both day and night shifts.
·Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
