Apply NowAn opportunity exists for an esteemed Project Commercial Director to jointly manage the contractual, financial and commercial risk, on a multibillion infrastructure project.
Working in collaboration with multiple Tier one partners, you will assist in defining the commercial strategy, from pre-contract to hand over.
Duties will, amongst others, include –
Establish robust relationships with the client, investors, supply chain and partners.
Establish commercial governance frameworks
Ensure adherence to shareholder and public‑sector controls
Lead contract negotiations.
Interpret and steer commercial behaviour.
Lead financial reporting
Ensure margin protection
Own commercial risk and lead mitigation strategies
Set the procurement strategy
Lead the commercial contingent
Your recent long-term experience in a similar role for a tier one UK civil engineering contractor on a large infrastructure project, would definitely be advantageous.
