Construction Project Coordinator – Milton Keynes
£30,000 – £37,000 + benefits + progression
A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a contractor delivering Construction and M&E projects across commercial, industrial and general contracting environments. This position offers long‑term stability, a supportive working culture and clear progression into Project Management or M&E Coordination.

The Role
The Construction Project Coordinator supports both the Construction and M&E teams, ensuring projects run efficiently from early planning through to completion. The role involves coordinating project information, managing documentation, supporting site teams and maintaining strong communication across internal departments and external stakeholders.
You will play a key part in keeping projects organised, compliant and on programme.
Key Responsibilities
*
Provide day‑to‑day coordination support to Construction and M&E teams
*
Maintain project documentation, registers, drawing logs and compliance records
*
Manage RAMS, specifications, technical documentation and site paperwork
*
Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, issue minutes and track actions
*
Monitor project programmes and key milestones, escalating issues where required
*
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams
*
Support procurement schedules, quotations, material tracking and delivery updates
*
Assist with RFI logs, drawing registers and document control processes
*
Maintain accurate project records, trackers and filing systems
*
Support commercial teams with documentation relating to valuations, variations and project costs
*
Assist with mobilisation, handover packs and project close‑out documentation
*
Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth project delivery
*
Prepare project reports, progress updates and scheduling information
Ideal Candidate
*
Experience in construction, M&E, project coordination, project administration, document control or project support
*
Strong organisational and administrative capability
*
Confident managing multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities
*
Excellent communication skills
*
Strong attention to detail
*
Good IT capability including Excel and project systems
*
Experience using construction management or document control software is advantageous
*
Understanding of construction project lifecycles
*
Proactive, detail‑focused and keen to progress
