Tribuild is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a prestigious £40m Grade II Listed refurbishment in the City of London.
You'll have overall responsibility for project performance, providing leadership across construction, commercial, design and technical services teams.
The role requires a strong client-facing leader capable of driving programme, quality, safety and commercial performance while managing the complexities associated with a major listed-building refurbishment.
We're looking for an established Project Director with a strong track record delivering complex commercial refurbishment, fit-out or major construction projects in Central London.
Salary: £120k-£140k, dependent on experience
