Project Manager – Mechanical and/or Electrical - near Bradford - West Yorkshire - Permanent Role.

Job Role:

Project Management of commercial mechanical and/or electrical refit, installation, and refurbishment projects of minimum £100k value covering:

* HVAC and heat recovery installation

* Plumbing and above ground drainage

* LV Distribution

* Electrical and power installations

* Lighting

* Containment

All Applicants must have the following:

* HNC or HND in Building Services

* A full Uk driving licence

* Proven experience in commercial Mechanical and/or electrical projects and project management (minimum £100K project value)

* Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams

* Awareness of estimating, purchasing, technical, and commercial processes

* Bradford area.
