Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
In-depth knowledge of construction processes and disciplines (groundworks, RC structures, steelwork, etc.)
Experience working within a Rail or infrastructure environment
Contract management knowledge (NEC, ICE, etc.)
Safety management and compliance (SMSTS, CSCS, PTS)
Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Risk management and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project planning and programming tools
IT literacy, including reporting and documentation systems
Experience of personal responsibility in managing projects or project sections up to £10
million
