Project Manager
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding operational team.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
* Oversee full lifecycle of drylining projects from pre-start to handover.
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and main contractors.
* Ensure works meet programme, budget, and quality requirements.
* Manage material procurement and logistics.
* Maintain strict health and safety compliance.
* Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management.
* Conduct snagging and final handover documentation.
The Project Manager must have/be:
* Proven experience as a Drylining Project Manager in the UK.
* Strong knowledge of SFS, partitions, ceilings, and tape & joint systems.
* Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White Card), and First Aid certified.
