Apply NowKenton Black are recruiting for a permanent, full time Project Manager position based in Dundee. The client is a tier 1 main contractor who specialise in major construction projects up to the valuation of £50m. Their portfolio includes new build social housing, new build flatted developments, refurbishments of offices, various small works contracts and listed building renovations. Projects are delivered within both the public and private sector.
In your new role, as Project Manager, you will oversee the pre-construction, delivery and handover stages of your assigned project(s). Roles and responsibilities may include ensuring each project is profitable, providing technical insight to the bid team, planning and designing programmes, attending client meetings and dealing with client queries, ensuring on site health and safety compliance, ordering materials and labour, overseeing quality checks and project delivery.
This position would suit an experienced senior site manager looking to make the step up to a project manager or an existing project manager keen to develop their career. As minimum, you must have an in date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate. Ideally, you will have worked for a main contractor for 5+ years. As reward, this position offers a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + bonus + car (EV scheme or allowance).
