Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum + additional benefits

Role Overview
My client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a high-value commercial refurbishment project in London. The role will be predominantly site based, with the Project Manager splitting their time between one to two live sites, depending on project value and programme requirements.
The project consists of a multi-floor Cat A and Cat B refurbishment, including offices, reception areas, common parts and ancillary spaces. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and hands-on site management experience within fast-paced, live environments.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
Manage the day-to-day running of one or two sites, ensuring programme, quality and cost targets are met
Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
Lead client meetings and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee refurbishment works including Cat A and Cat B fit-out across multiple floors
Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures at all times
Manage project budgets, cost reporting and forecasts in collaboration with the commercial team
Drive programme performance and proactively resolve delivery challenges
Ensure works are delivered to the required quality standards and client expectations
Manage snagging, commissioning and final handover documentation
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience delivering commercial refurbishment projects within the £5m-£15m range
Strong background in Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects
Experience managing multiple workstreams or sites concurrently
Excellent understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and logistics
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Able to work autonomously on site and make informed decisions
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold) and First Aid (preferred)
Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
