Project Planner
There will also be a requirement to support individual projects by maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for large-scale engineering and construction projects, ensuring effective planning and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Asta or Microsoft Project.
* Prepare baseline programmes, resource-loaded schedules, and progress updates.
* Monitor project performance against key milestones and identify schedule risks.
* Produce critical path analyses, look-ahead programmes, and recovery plans.
* Coordinate planning activities with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and subcontractors.
* Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports for senior management and clients.
* Support change management, delay analysis, and extension of time submissions where required.
* Ensure compliance with contractual planning requirements and company procedures.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline;
* Minimum 5 years' planning experience on major infrastructure, building, or industrial projects;
* Proven experience working on large projects;
* Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 or Asta and Microsoft Project is essential;
* Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling techniques, earned value management, and risk analysis;
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
